Dr. Genevieve Dable-Tupas, MD, FPPS, MMedCE is a physician and clinical epidemiologist who currently serves as the Director for Research and Publication and Head of the Research Center at the College of Medicine, Davao Medical School Foundation. She is also an associate professor in the Department of Pharmacology and a fellow of both the Philippine Pediatric Society and the Philippine Society of Experimental and Clinical Pharmacology.
With extensive experience in clinical and preclinical research, Dr. Tupas has co-edited books with Springer Nature and Elsevier, authored multiple book chapters, and contributed as an editor and reviewer for national and international journals. Dr. Maria Theresa Llamas Carin, MD, DPPS is a pediatrician and medical practitioner who serves as the Medical Director of the Davao Medical School Foundation Hospital. Dr. Marieldo S. Platero, MD is an internal medicine physician and medical educator who serves as an Assistant Professor at the Davao Medical School Foundation’s College of Medicine. Atty. Alberto Rafael L. Aportadera, JD is the President and a member of the Board of Trustees of the Davao Medical School Foundation, Inc. (DMSFI), where he provides strategic leadership in health sciences education and community service. Dr. Oliver G. Victoriano, DBA serves as the Chief Operations Officer of Davao Medical School Foundation, Inc. (DMSFI), where he provides strategic direction in institutional operations, academic programming, and inter-institutional collaboration. With both an MBA and a Doctorate in Business Administration, he brings extensive expertise in organizational management, governance, and stakeholder engagement.
Dr. Victoriano has been instrumental in formalizing partnerships, including MOUs and MOAs alongside DMSFI President Atty. Aportadera, while also leading recognition ceremonies and public events that highlight the institution’s achievements. His operational acumen, collaborative leadership, and strategic insights continue to strengthen organizational performance and advance DMSFI’s mission in health sciences education.

Gregorio R. Candelario, Jr., MPA is the Head of Data Privacy and Telemedicine at Southern Philippines Medical Center and a former WHO–DOH ICT Consultant for the National Patient Navigation and Referral Center. With more than 30 years of leadership in IT project management for healthcare and corporate sectors both locally and abroad, he has directed large-scale hospital information systems, telemedicine initiatives, and data privacy compliance programs.
He holds a Master’s in Public Administration, MBA units, and a BS in Civil Engineering. A recognized researcher and active resource speaker on telemedicine and data privacy, Mr. Candelario has also been honored with a leadership award from the University of Southeastern Philippines for his contributions to innovation and governance in health technology.

Dr. Mechelle Acero Palma, MD, FPCLM, FACLM is a certified family physician and Fellow of the American College of Lifestyle Medicine. Dr. Palma is the founder of Lifestyle Medicine Solutions and Culinary Medicine Asia and has been instrumental in establishing Lifestyle Medicine departments in Bacolod and Antique Adventist Medical Centers. Dr. Mikhail Ness Mendaros Buhay, MD, RN is a physician, registered nurse, and medical educator who serves as a full-time faculty member at the Davao Medical School Foundation. Dr. Mikael Gnar L. Yu Ekey, MD is an occupational health physician with a foundation in medical laboratory science and clinical medicine. Jasmine M. Andres is a biotechnology graduate, cum laude, from Visayas State University and a DA-Biotech Scholar. She has professional experience in research and development projects at the Davao Medical School Foundation, including maternal and child health initiatives and health policy translation programs.
Jasmine has interned at the Philippine Genome Center – Visayas and contributed to multiple funded projects under DOST. She has presented research on metagenomic profiling for bioremediation and actively participates in scientific conferences and training programs in biotechnology and health research.

Edwin James R. Calingasan is an Information Technology graduate, magna cum laude, from the University of Southeastern Philippines, majoring in Information Security. He has experience in web and mobile app development, ethical hacking, and technical support, complemented by leadership roles in student organizations and esports management.

Keziah Mariz E. Bante is a Computer Science major specializing in Data Science at the University of Southeastern Philippines. She has hands-on experience in UI/UX design, system documentation, and collaborative project work, with involvement in academic research and student leadership.
Keziah has contributed to projects such as WasteWatch: IoT-Based Trash Detection and AI Dashboard, a Gasoline Station Inventory System, and a freelance medical website design.
